The new year is here and this is the perfect time for new goals and resolutions. Some of them will have to do with achieving milestones (at work, with your family…) but, hopefully, you are also considering taking advantage of the new year to work and improve your inner self. If that’s the case identifying the ideas and beliefs that are stopping you is the perfect first step.
